Roessingh Research & Development en Revalidationcentre

Het Roessingh Research &  Development en Revalidatiecentrum is the largest center in the Netherlands where disciplines as diverse as rehabilitation medicine, exercise science, psychology, physical therapy, biomedical technology and computer science work together under one roof on innovations for the rehabilitation and chronic care of today and the future.

Currently, the Rapenburg Race is supporting research on an exoskeleton aimed at developing hand function. Roessingh Research and Development (RRD), Roessingh center for rehabilitation (RCR), De Hoogstraat Rehabilitation, the Knowledge Center Rehabilitation Medicine Utrecht and the University of Twente (UT) are working together on this with the aim of increasing the self-reliance and self-direction of people with high spinal cord injury.
